Training and Self-Development Programs
We help our employees acquire knowledge and technical skills through training at educational institutions organization such as Taiwan Trade Organization. We believe that training is important for the development of human capital, which is an essential component of production and innovation. The Company supports employee education and has a program to reimburse educational expenses for staff. This program reimburses staff for expenses incurred for courses and certificates.
The Company complies with applicable regulations and provides a number of benefits in addition to compensation, to cover employees' pension, health and insurance requirements. Apart of this, the company provides additional welfare as below:
Annual Trip- To promote health and well-being of employees, annual company trip is held.
Breast Feeding Room- We are aware that employees returning to work after childbirth may want to continue breastfeeding and will require some form of lactation support at the workplace, hence, we offer breast feeding room to support mothers continue breastfeeding after going back to work to ensure optimum nutrition for their newborns.
Childcare Support Programs- We cooperate with regulated childcare to promote work-life balance and reduce employee's burden of childcare.
